About Us
Shenstone Hall Ltd was established in 2017 and is a Residential Care Home.
We are registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) our governing body. We are also members of the West Midlands Care Association, Home Care Association and Health Watch.
Shenstone Hall is set in the village of Shenstone near Lichfield Staffordshire and has been previously been a nursing care home for a number of years.

Our Objectives
Provide a dedicated staff team, to include 2 Registered Managers that are well trained, supervised and motivated staff to deliver person centered care
Provide accommodation which is comfortable, safe, secure and properly maintained
Encourage residents, their families and representatives to participate in planning their care delivery so that residents lead as full and fulfilled a life as possible
Ensure that residents privacy, dignity, choice, independence, equality and human rights are respected at all times and incorporated into their care planning
Use our quality assurance systems to encourage feedback from our residents, their families/friends/representatives or advocates and professionals to constantly improve our services.
